one other thing...
i worked for epik when they paid in US dollars...and i watched my salary go up through the year....
as a boss...i wouldn't want this...i would want to know exactly what my costs were and not have to worry about my costs going up...perhaps dramatically...
as well as i plan to treat my teachers...they will be paid in korea won... |

thanks for the tip. Yes we are aware of that. Both Beaver and myself have extensive experience teaching academic reading & writing. As beaver already pointed out I'm almost finished my Masters and have learned several things about teaching writing - though less about reading. Beaver is starting the same Masters this March.
I'm particularly looking forward to the classes I have to take next as they are directly related to program management and should aid us for when we open the school. |
