|
|
So I have to do this activity day for elemantry kids, approx 10 kids.
My question is if I got taboo and pulled out certain cards and had the kids describe USING the words on the bottom that would be good for elemantry kids, right???
I have other games but I really though taboo would be fun
Scategories would be to hard I am guessing.
And if anyone knows did the game store by Kyo Dae exit 13 close? |

1) elementary
2) taboo
3) too
I'm a jerk like that. The game you described sounds like...charades? I've played it with my kids. Some liked it, some didn't. |

please, o please, nolegirl, tell me you were just typing with a southern accent when you chose to write "elemantry." either that or you did it on purpose to gather more responses. please. i prefer to think of you as sly like a fox. not dumb like a doorknob.
games = good. |

Don't be makin fun of my southen accent plynx. I am as sly as a redneck playing a banjo, drinking moonshine and smoking a red.
and i think its dumb as a doornail not door knob. The knob joke is your mama is like a doorknob, everyone gets a turn. haha
Ok, from this day forward I will make a genuine effort to spell my words correctly, I promise. Where is spell check, nobody will tell me. |

Firefox has spell check. Right click on the reply box and check the 'Spell check this field' selection. |

Dumb as a doorknob and Dumb as a doornail are both expression meaning the same thing, but I think that Dumb as a doorknob is used more. I think most people get Dumb as a doornail confused with dead as a doornail. |

Unless your kids are uncommonly focused + high-level, I don't think Taboo will work, imho. Charades might go over better... |
