damn, thats it im leaving this small town for seoul on saturday, spend the afternoon shopping, iteawon for champ with sausages and gravey in wolfhound, stompers for cheap beer and good fun then club mass for decent breakbeat sounds.

anyone else going to this, thought id let everyone know so no one with decent taste misses out.

What is club mass like? Will I need to phone in advance? staying in some cheap shite hostel, might not even stay anywhere, would it be ok to walk into the club with a small bag on my back?
anyone else going to

Translation:

I'll be in Seoul on Saturday with a quantity of crystal meth[od]. These are the places I'll be and when, and I'll be tweaking all weekend myself, so come join the party!

Lay off the ice, man. Terrible stuff.

nope, crystal method are a pritty famous breakbeat band, no ice for me ta, anywho, my kindy hagwon are wanting me to do some training crap all day saturday, after id booked accom. its in my contract i must attend all staff meetings and workshops- fair enough if its for an hour or 2 during the week, but not in another city 2 hours away, on a saturday, leaving at 8am and coming back at 8pm
here goes an email to the boss letting her know my concerns at this unreasonable request at short notice in light of them not sticking to the contract and getting in a tiff with me over my refusal to teach one day in another hagwon which wasnt on my arc, on top of not having a curriculum and me having to create everything from scratch, 1st i will see what my hagwon boss says about it being at short notice after i had other plans

Dammit! I was hoping to have a quiet, dry weekend for once...

What is the cover charge?

About having a backpack, my friend was turned away at the door a couple weeks ago for wearing appropriate clothes. I don't know what he was wearing. Who knows if they'll care about a backpack, though.

what are these funny results, i know my electronic music inside and out, and am partial to the odd bit of metal

cant remember where it is, think its gangnam of something, bout 4 stops from city hall afaik google for club mass to find out more details, 20k door tax, reasonable i think, it was 60k to see justice which is why i didnt go while i was in seoul for the cancelled prodigy gig.

just get tanked up in itaewon 1st so you dont have to fork out for expensive drinks. its rare you will find breaks in korea

Not that I knew much about them but I saw them in Shanghai two years ago and it was really average. My friends who were big fans of them were quite surprised how lousy they were live. Someone said it was more that the club and it's people did not bring out the best in them. They didn't play much of the hard mixes.

Tickets are 30 000 in advance and 40 000 at the door. Gangnam stations in on the green line, but it's not 4 stops away from city hall. I don't know exactly how many stops it is, but it's probably about 50 minutes away (if you take the subway). A bus from that area would be much quicker.
