| UH... I suppose that's why they went to such massive lengths to cover up the "oversight"? |

...doesn't matter anyway, as we all know that it's the OVERAL MEDAL COUNT THAT MATTERS and the unquestioned supremacy that it entails. so, eat that, 'China'

| Be careful, China. Your nose is growing. And your pants are on fire. |

Who's 'we'? It's the gold medal count that matters. |

Tard games? Dont confuse the Paralympics with the Special Olympics.
I wonder how "para" one must be to enter the Paralympics. |

if china cheated, they should lose their medals
BUT
it's a ridiculous and pointless rule. 14-year old (and much younger) girls are still going to compete in gymnastics. theyre just not going to do it in the olympics. it's been said the rule is more about protecting the girls from injuring their bone structure, and not so much about protecting them from the stress of competing with adults. after all, swimming had some 14-year old boys. if a 14-year old girl is the best gymast in the world, it's because she's been tumbling and doing the splits since she was a zygote. she can handle the freaking pressure. and telling her she cant be in the olympics is stupid, because she's still going to compete anyways. it's not like the olympics is the only game in town |

According to all the analysts and interviewed experts (including Bela Karoli) on the American Olympic broadcasts, underage, undersized gymnasts have a considerable physical - and even a pyschological - advantage over those who are past puberty.
They fit more easily through parallel bars, have more space to work with on the balence beams, are more flexible, and tend to feel less mental stress than older competitors who more keenly realize how much is at stake. |

Not that I'm stalking you or anything or that it even matters but I seem to end up reading a lot of your posts and that's the third or fourth time I've seen you spell balance "balence" in the last few days. |
