long story short...
i dated a korean girl. broke up with her after a few months. she went to the cops saying i was doing drugs. total lie. spent two hours today in the police station dealing with this shit. not 100% positive it was her, but they made remarks like they knew things about me, much more than picking me randomly.
anyway...i've heard that i can sue her for dragging my name through the mud since everything came out clean. has anyone ever done something like that? what kinda response/verdict did you get? what kinda steps did it take? did it cost you anything upfront? was it a huge headache?
as all this happened today, i'm still a seething ball of rage that wants to break everything in sight. after i calm down a bit, i wanna know what i can do legally and still be an adult about it. anyone have any ideas besides calling her a cunt? |

Seriously though OP, I'd be interested to know how any legal action goes for you. I suspect badly since you're not Korean, but could be wrong. |

| A Korean friend who works in a bar frequented by a lot of foreigners knew of this one guy who was a total playboy. His k gf caught him cheating and as revenge, ratted him out to the cops about his marijuana use. He got deported. Be careful chaps. |

they actually boarded my ship to search it...can you believe it? boarded my ship!!!
at first the cops didn't want me to involve my school. they wouldn't let me call anyone for about an hour. once they realized that i wasn't signing anything or going to cooperate until i had someone there, they let me call the school. beyond that, the cops didnt act like dicks or anything...it was 6 suits from what i think was the korean equivalent of the drug enforcement division as they really didnt know their way around the area. we went to two police substations before they found one they felt the could interrogate me in. once i got there, i could tell that they weren't local cops. this ain't a poo poo bashin' thread as i really didn't think they did anything 'wrong' besides listening to a crazy girl. although i am searching my place for bugs as i write this... |

i was curious about that too...and i'm the OP.
i was honest with her...i never lied or did anything underhanded...not that kinda guy....
but again, to the original post (or witty pirate remarks, they're making me laugh)
