Hi,
Anyone know any good activities for speaking practice? The student in question is a 5 year old boy. I've never taught anyone that young before, so I don't know where to start.
Thanks in advance. |

Take your laptop and a bunch of kids music videos.

Download them from youtube and save them to your computer.
(send me a PM if you need an application to download and save them).
Sing and play with him. Try some simple reading and flash cards as well.

Good link there - cheers for that. I use a Firefox extension for downloading vids, but I can't remember what it's called.
I'm a bit worried that the kid will be too shy to sing with me and his mother will be disappointed with me., but I'll give it a shot anyway. |
