I'm looking for advice on getting my second teaching job in Korea.

I taught for 14 months in Korea and really enjoyed it. I came back to England, taught at a summer camp, then got my CELTA (obtained an 'A' grade).

I've been looking around for jobs, but most of them are the bog standard 'no experience necessary' deals. I want to work in Korea again, but I want to work in a job where I can use the skills I learnt on my CELTA course and develop as a teacher. Ideally, I want to teach adults, and if possible in Busan.

Where can I find the jobs that want teachers with a TEFL certificate?

Any help on this would be most grateful.

I would advertise yourself on a few sites stating in the header something like: CELTA certified teacher would like public school position in Busan. I am able to use much of my training teaching high school students, however I have a school that lets me develop the curriculum and I have total freedom. Watch the responses, ask some pointed questions, and you will likely find a similar position.

Assuming you don't have your MA: Go for a lower-tier university job in Korea that takes BA applicants. The CELTA and your experience might help you out.

Or get your MA. You could do that distance while you work for a univesity in Korea. Sooner or later, if you want to stay in education, you're going to have to up your degree level. The CELTA/DELTA are good to have, but they won't get you into the better jobs.

Yes, it's possible. Keep an eye on Dave's job boards. Schools that hire BAs traditionally post there. You can also search individual university web sites.
