Can anyone tell me how to begin to file a complaint with the Labor Relations Board?

Thanks in advance.

You need to go to the local Labor office to file a complaint. Simply calling accomplishes nothing. The forms are all in Korean so you'll need someone who reads and writes Korean to assist you. You won't need to bring documentation when you first file, but you will need your the name of the school, the address, and phone number.

Would you like to share your problems with the board. Some of the users have some pretty good advice to provide. Just a thought but you could take a rain check.

The usual. Crazy boss. Nothing I haven't dealt with in the past. Just getting my ducks in a row so if stuff gets out of control I can act quickly to squash the dear life out of my dear leader.

Call them at 031-345-5000 (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00) or visit their website ( http://english.molab.go.kr/english/labor/Foreign-call.jsp ) to get the location nearest to you.
