Does it come in a envelope with a special seal on the back like degree transcripts do?

Mine from the Secretary of State was attached to my CRC as a separate sheet from the Secy of State's office specifically for South Korea..you have to make sure you name the country it is for and on the CRC check "visa" if there is a box for it.
My CRC had a place where to send to: I put the Secy of State's address and enclosed a pre-paid express envelope to me with the SofState's return address to receive the CRC with apostille back. Hope this helps. |

| the crc was 13 and used credit card and mailed it in..the apostille in CO is free |
