| Question. What visa does the spouse of a Korean American (F-4 holder I assume) get issued? Does the spouse have to get an E-2? |

if the spouse just wants to stay here and not work, I believe it's teh F-3 or possibly F-1 VISA. The spouse CANNOT work on that VISA though.
If the spouse wants to work, they need to get the VISA required for their job. |
