I've been to so many places that have those 10,20, etc % discounts with pics of Visa or mobile phone discount cards. Which network would you say has the best offers?

| I would say SK - I get mad discounts everywhere, but it's not very (or at all) foreigner-friendly. I honestly wish I had gone with LG before I bought my new phone. |
