Is it possible to change one foreign currency for another foreign currency at a Korean bank? If it is indeed possible, would the transaction fee be higher or would the exchange rate hit be much more painful than if one of the currencies were Korean won?

Can you exchange Korean won into US dollars at KEB? Do they stamp your passport? |

1 = yes.
2= yes if over $1000 and NO if under $1000 BUT you do need to show your passport.
