Qualifications
A. Native speaker with a 4 year University degree (B.A., B.S.) and at least 3 years experience/ or an M.A. with 1 year experience teaching English in EFL or ESL context
B. Certificates related to English education (preferred)
C. Specialty in teaching Kids & Juniors program


Working Conditions
-Salary: 1,800,000 won/per month
-Housing allowance: 400,000
So... 2.2 with no housing.

-Vacation (around 40 days)
*Every after 9weeks we have a week break(Workshop, make syllabi..,etc.)*
Further down the page...
-Holidays: 16 days / year
*In other words, 40 days of vacation mostly consisting of going to workshops and making syllabi.

Yonsei's FLI has sucked since they 'reorganized' it a few years back. They had an immediate 100% turnover, and lost all of their highly qualified and experienced teachers. It used to be one of the best jobs in Seoul for serious teachers, now it's a joke of a job and simply a stepping stone to 'real' jobs in ESL teaching.

I wonder if the students there know that they're paying the same tuition for horribly diminished service.
