| I have a feeling that IF Obama is elected twice...and Joe Biden seeks the office in 2016, he might be facing Hiliary Rodham Clinton... |
J. Biden will be seventy-four years old or so in 2016. Given the "old man" treatment your side gave our seventy-two-year-old J. McCain, I find this scenario unlikely. |
Personally, I don't find Joe Biden all that of an aspiring figure anyways.
He's great for the current role however, experience and knowledge, perfect as co-pilot with Obama.
I wouldn't want to have to listen to him making presidential speeches, or to be the head honcho. |

I went in to work at 8 this morning so I could watch returns on CNN on a real TV. This afternoon we had a school field trip till 4. ( of all days!) I sneaked out and watched returns on TV but not near a computer. |

| Remember how much Republicans wanted Hilary to run as the candidate this year? I want Palin to run in 2012 twice as much. Jumpin the gun here obviously, but that would guarantee another 4 years for Obama. |
Sh*t if I was a staunch Democrat (and I'm not), I'd want Palin on the Republican ticket in some way, shape or form every frickin' year! |

Wow, it's a very emotional election and there's every reason for it to be. Not only, because it's the 1st black president, but because Bush led us to the funk of teetering on complete national failure just to benefit the good ol' boys upper crust club.
Yes, Obama did say it might take as much as 1 term to produce some results as he is being honest about the many extreme challenges that lie ahead for Americans.
By god, I think we got a president that's not going to favor CEO's and corruption and war, but a prez who can lead the people to succeed through policy and law changes that benifits the majority in many ways through our complex country systems and empower people to go back to work and reach for higher goals instead of being forced to struggle paycheck to paycheck while going in big debt. He's very inspirational to listen to.
It's a new day... I find it quite exciting and look forward to the many changes that will come about as this is the turning point away from what is beating down most Americans opportunities for freedom and prosperity. |
