I am curious if you are intrested in local k-men.

I live in Ingyedong which is near Ajou University in Suwon and am interested in meeting ladies who are intersted in meeting Korean men. That being said, I am Korean :) (i know that this forum is exclusively reserved for expats, but i thought i would give it shot in the dark in that it is a bit rare for me to meet foreign ladies in Ingyedong unless I hang out at Crazy Duck)

People say that meeting someone off online might not be a great idea, but it, i think, has been blown out of proportion in that I am a very decent person. The only reason, as I mentioned, I am making this attempt is simply because I have not been able to meet or even bump into the type of ladies I've always wanted to meet.

Anyways, hope, if there is anyone on the same page as I am, please PM me. And no thanks for banishing or flailing

Life is lonely as a K-Man in Suwon after they closed down the red light district at Suwon Station.

Come on ladies. Give the guy some love-uh!

Thanks for the complement on my English to begin with. Not quite certain if you were sarcastic or not though lol

I am content with the fact that no one's been flailing or bashing me LOL.
I presume it is a good sign or is indicative of plain apathy? LOL

At any rate, I am attracted to ladies who like to work out (and as you know that the majority of K-girls do not work out..and 99 % of the girls at the gym that I go to only run or walk on treadmills w/o muscle failure), to talk about books and u.s. politics, to watch movies and whatnot. These are only superficial qualities that I hope laides to have. But I guess I'd know once I meet them or talk to them in person whether chemistry is there or not. And if you are from the states, that is a pure bonus in that I've been there and studied it in many aspects back in college. So I guess I am more intimate with the U.S. than other nations in the world. But then again, I am not really limited to one's nationality

Anyways, thanks for the kind replies, people. I've been told that this forum, at least, this site is a venue where many a frustrated foreign teacher rant and vent, but I guess it is not entirely true.

Ciao.

Well I'm still not convinced this is 100% legit, but I tip my hat to your gumption. We'll see how magnanimous the western guys can remain when the shoe is (maybe) on the other foot.

Well jeese, you sound like a swell kinda guy, all aw shucksy and cute. I never knew Korean men refered to Korean women as K-girls. Learning something new each and every day!

While this is an ok site for finding people who will tell you places to go drink and hangout, it isn't really a dating site. This is what it seems like you're doing here.
The duck is a good place for ladies where some Korean men are expected. Now bar is nearly all expats. I also hear there are some bars near the station, but haven't gone that way yet.
Check those places out, and good luck.
If you want to find girls online though check the personals at seoul.craigslist.co.kr or one of the dating sites like koreanfriendfinder or whatever.com.
