Good lord. It's Friday night and my phone JUST ran out of money. I managed to run into my local LG and ask to put money on it, but they just smiled and shrugged and said the system is already down and I'll have to wait until Monday.

Does anyone know if there's anywhere in Seoul to add credit before then?

I have added credit twice on the weekend at the LG phone shop next to Ujangsan market in Gangseo-gu.
