Is anyone familiar with this particular programme? If so, could you say anything about the interview process for applicants? How useful or useless is a two-year certificate in this programme if students do not go on to get a job working for an airline? Is it true that this is largely a money-making programme for the college? Can students in this programme transfer into or take classes in other departments if they wish?
Their website claims that:
Quote: |
The department of Aircraft Cabin Service Management instructs its students, in English, to assist them in acquiring the knowledge and skills required for customer service and security, as professional airplane cabin crew members. In addition, the regimen promotes self-discipline to encourage its students to acquire the proper manners and spirit of a service professional and citizen with global vision. |
This really set off my BS detector. Should it? |
