Freaking pelosi and Reid are in favor of a bail-out. It is a shame the GOP got taken over by nuts, leading to current Dem-GOP demographics in congress. A more balanced GOP-Dem Congress would be useful in this instance.

You just described the editorial theme of the publication he edits.

It is probably the most insufferable magazine I've ever read. But his FT columns are entertaining.

Did it last much beyond the first cabinet pick?

Twelve months from now people here will call me a right-winger for defending the Obama Administration.

Why? It's not as if the Repubs are against a bailout. Do you really expect anything different from Pelosi and Reid?

The Dems received a mandate against the war in Iraq in 2006, and what did we get? Every funding bill for the was passed, impeachment was taken off the table, and we still have the PATRIOT Act.

Face it. Reps and Dems are two wings of one party, the Property Party. Both have an interest in maintaining the status quo.

Look at Obama's cabinet. We are essentially getting the third term of Bill Clinton. He's choosing for his cabinet the same faces who got us into this mess and whom we've seen all along.

But don't worry, change is coming. They'll all take trillions of dollars, and you can keep the change.

I'll start now.

But I think it even funnier that some call him "liberal."
