I had some difficulty with that one too, I picked apparently the correct answer only because I thought it was the least incorrect of the bunch. Deficit =/ Debt and the other options are just silly. But the tax/person thing doesnt seem to take into consideration foreign sources of tax, corporations etc. But maybe Im just nitpicking.
