You can find alot of Korean subtitles on the gomtv website. Additionally, if you use GomPlayer in Korean, you can get it to automatically search for subtitles for any video file.

http://www.wedisk.co.kr/ is a good site with movies, tv and music. but you need to sign up and put money on the account to dowload. A typical .avi movie of about 1.4GB (good quality) costs about 140won (10cents or so). Pretty decent plus it'll download in less than 5-10 minutes.

I get my korean friend to put money on for me. All new movies and tv are on with subs in korean but as they need to protect copyrights they can be hard to search for.

I REALLY wish the mods would sticky this thread. It has to be one of the most asked questions on the Tech forum.

Wedisk is cool. Cos you can start watching straight away, like a youtube video. I don't use it though as it downloads too much korapware onto your system.

Gom is good for the subs too. Some students showed it to me when we were watching a video at the end of camp. Has subs for most obvious blockbuster movies. In this case Mr Bean and Ratatoille.
