Do not ever expect purist, simplistic leftists to accept such distinctions. One is screaming that B. Obama should have applied an antiwar litmus test to all...

What kind of govt would he have been able to form under that rigid condition, I wonder?

OP,

I like my thread headings provocative and entirely bolstered by windy innuendo. Thank you very much.

I'm a leftist and I easily accept such distinction.

Don't ever expect Gopher to create anything but straw men.

Look, it's quite simple. Elections are a joke and anyone who gets to be president is just a puppet of the ruling elite, so it will always be just the same old same old. It has always been that way. Get used to it.

This, of course, Cornfed, follows Jkelly80's strawman allegation quite nicely. Thank you.

The allegation is that leftists can't make the distinction.

The disprove a negative, one needs only to find a single example of the opposite being true, no matter how many Cornfeds in the world there are.

Yes, but it is fun documenting it.

It is even more hilarious that some people get all their information from the mainstream media, and then believe they are well informed!

Not all of us consider Alex Jones to be a reliable source of alternative information. And Art Bell seems to have retired, so I guess we're stuck.

Maybe MM2 has sufficient ambition to embark on a fisking of Alex Jones. I'm just not interested enough.

Better he'd take on the MSM, but fat chance of that.

The headline reads:

Liberals, How Do You Like Your New Messiah Now?!?

Well, if you ask liberals, they would say "a lot" actually.

Quote:
Rasmussen: 77% of self identified liberals approve of what Obama is doing

In the same poll, thru Dec 1st to Dec 7th, only 4% had a very unfavorable opinion of Obama.

So, liberals really really REEAAALLLLYYYY like The One.

But don't worry; I'm sure YOUR MESSIAH Sarah Failin will find a way to run in 2012, thus proving the old adage "when Republicans are in a hole, they dig deeper".

Schooled? You're a moron. Obama is recycling the Clinton white house. He's going to be the biggest bust since Jimmy Carter and remembered like Hoover. But I honestly don't expect him to survive his term in office. Too many angry people, too many agendas. If they really want to get you, they will.
