Not true I have F2 and pending F5 every public school I applied with wants CRC not only from my home country but also from Korea. The major advantage is you can change jobs relatively easily.

Public schools are the exception - all other jobs are OK I think.

According to Ttompatz "It is NOT an immigration requirement for you (on an F4 (in my case) ) but the school MAY request one as a condition of your employment".

Obviously the SMOES and Gepiks etc always ask for one but the lesser ones maybe not.
