I'd like to start this topic here as a place for people to let others know if they are in a situaton where they can Dogsit for other FT's going on holiday.
Me, I'm living in my Public School's schoolhouse. I have a fenced off yard, and two small dogs. I'm in Yangju, about 30 mins North of Uijeongbu. The nearest subway station to me is Yangju Station (previously called Junae Station).
I'm not going away over the Winter break, so am available during this time if anyone is needing their dog looked after.

I also hope that, through this thread, I am able to find someone, or people .. who can also return the favor and look after my dogs (together, or seperately) when it comes time for me to take a holiday.

Cheers!

G

Well, I can one up Gordana and offer dogsitting services in Seoul. And unlike Gordana, I won't make your dog pull a snow sled or do manual labor. Cool

lol ... no, there would be no sled pulling, however manual labor ... your dog might be taught how to retrieve a beer from the refrigerator. Wink
I do have priorities yanno.

Ok then, I have hair trimmers and can give your dog an awesome mohawk or other pattern of fur-style.

I also have a cat your dog can terrorize, depending on its size.

Great forum.
It is nice to see that some people are considerate enough to offer their time to other people's pets. I have two dogs and I must admit that it is difficult to travel outside the country. I always worry about the care given to them in the so called pet motels/hotels I find here.
Nice to see that some are willing to share their time free time.

We need someone to watch our dogs for about 2 weeks in July.

We will offer 200,000W to have them watched.

1.7kg yorkie and 3.2 kg toy poodle.

July 23- August 11. Toy poodle will not pee inside the house except in the bathroom. If that option isn't available, he will hold it until he explodes so needs to walk about 3 times a day.

Yorkie uses pee pee pads.

If either of you guys are interested let us know and we can send pictures.

We would REALLY appreciate any help!

I have a small chihuahua corgi mix...she is really sweet, and is good with most dogs. I will be going to China from July 28-August 3, and I will need a reliable pet sitter for her during that time. I am afraid to leave her at a dog hotel or vet because she was a rescue dog from the Cheong-ju animal shelter. She was abused (kicked in the face and one of her eyes is removed). Because of this she does not like Korean men, but loves everyone else.

She is a small breed dog, and is currently 6 months old. If you could provide me with any help, I would be willing to return the favour. I am in Korea until August 22, and am willing to doggy sit anytime other than my break to China. Let me know! My email is [email protected].

Thanks!

I may already have an extra dog or two at that time, but that shouldn't be a problem. I'll be in touch and find out more info.

Cheers,

G
