| I am interviewing for EPIK right now, which promises paid rental. Are there other hidden renting costs I should be aware of, such as utility deposits or security deposits? Will I be expected to pay utilities and how much can one expect to pay for said utilities? (Difficult question, I know, without having a locale or apt. description in mind) What is key money that I see reference here? Is that something I will likely have to pay on a free, furnished apt? |
