I have a two room apartment in Ansim, in Daegu. It's at the end of subway line 1 (less than 5 minute walk). It's a good location for anyone teaching at one of several surrounding universities...as there are shuttle bus stops for Daegu Catholic U., Daegu U., Kyungil U.
It's a decent sized place...12 pyung The main room is fairly big....the bedroom is a little on the small size..but I have a large bed that takes up quite a bit of the space. There is a separate kitchen area....which is your typical korean sized kitchen. the balcony is an L-shape it's quite big...lots of room for storage.

The key money is 3.0 million and the monthly rent is 340...made a mistake....the key money is 5.0
I'm leaving Korea at the end of February......

forgot to mention....there will be some things left behind for the new occupant to have (dishes, frying pans, etc. toaster oven, rice cooker)
There will be a few items to sell at a fair price (microwave oven and stand, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, among other thngs).

There will also be a fridge, a bed, a sofa, and some other small furniture items left behind for the prospective taker..
