Christmas is less than a week away, so I Goggled 'Eggnog recipes' and found this is a pretty good site.
I just put the Easy Eggnog in the fridge and will let you guys know how it is.

Having lived, and worked in Dreseden, Germany, my next search is going to be for Glhwein.

Merry Christmas

Oh my goodness gracious, this looks tight. http://www.eggnogrecipe.net/christmas-eggnog-recipe.html

Dam skippy, Gluhwein is great. I'd stand out in the cobble stone streets sippin this and people were so friendly and civilized from a Westerner perspective. Too bad Asia is screwy and uncomfortable; well it's the opposite of Europe. I don't know how you go the U with 2 dots to show up as my keyboard lacks. Glue, eh, vine. I lived in Germany for 2 years and just absolutely loved it. I wish I could stay there some more. I was in the USAFE in Geissen. US armed forces Europe. I don't have that big B looking thing (ss) in my computer that's in Geeezzzen, Hesson state.

Egg nog my noggin? Nope, not this year, not next year, not for a whiler. Europe was so pretty and festive for Wiennact. Gutes Wien nact frohs Neu Jahr.

I made this with low-fat milk last night and it turned out great. I used a hand blender and made it frothy...mmmm!

Easy Eggnog

6 eggs
3 cups milk
8 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

In a large bowl, beat the eggs using an electric beater (if available).
By turn, add milk & sugar.
Continue beating until mixture thickens slightly.
Add in the vanilla extract & ground nutmeg.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours).

Google is your friend Smile

I have been using this recipe for the past three years and it has now become part of my Korean Christmas tradition.

I just bought cream at Homever (now Homeplus). They have heavy cream. I am about to get started on the eggnog now. I bought the nutmeg at the foreign food store in Jeongja. They should have it at one of the places in Itaewon.
