|
|
Does anyone know of any weightlifting/bodybuilder/spots stores in Seoul? I need buy a "dipping belt" (the type I can attach weights to for dips/pull-up exercises) for my next weights cycle.
Cheers! |

Put some weights in a rucksack/backpack if you can't find a belt. |

studies have shown that the belt does nothing good for you .. it only gives you the notion that , you are able to lift more with a belt then without, while in reality, the belt does not help increase weights. They say the advantage is physiological and tricks the person into thinking he/she can lift more than he/she actually can. Thus, ending with an injury.
be careful ! |

He's not talking about a lower back belt. He's talking about a dipping belt.
My suggestion: up to 12 kg in a backpack works great for chins as long as the pack has a good chest strap. |

Well, if your grammar is anything like your previous post then you're not qualified to be a second-rate English teacher, are you? |
