I'm not a big beer or liquor drinker, but do enjoy red wine, especially Merlot.
How's the wine over there? Is it mostly imported or hard to get? Sorry if this seems like an idiotic question but I've been surprised by some things that Korea does and doesn't have, so don't bust my ba***. |

| Lots of reasonably priced wines in most larger supermarkets and department stores. Had a nice cab sav last night for about 10,000. |

| The good stuff is imported, yes, but a good selection can be found, often on sale, in the supermarkets, including Austrailan, Chilean, and South African wines. It's not uncommon to find good California and French wines at the corner 7-11. No worries. |

Jack: If they want to drink Merlot, we're drinking Merlot.
Miles Raymond: No, if anyone orders Merlot, I'm leaving. I am NOT drinking any fucking Merlot! |

Jack: Man! That's tasty!
Miles Raymond: That's 100% pinot noir. Single vineyard. They don't even make it any more.
Jack: Pinot noir?
Miles Raymond: Mmm-hmm.
Jack: Then how come it's white?
Miles Raymond: [laughs] Oh, Jesus. Don't ask questions like that up in wine country. They'll think you're some kind of dumbshit, OK? |

| There's a much better selection of reds here than whites. There are some good cheap Aussie reds. Whites are hard, especially if you don't like chardonnay. Decent sauvignon blanc starts at 25,000 most the time |
