There is already a law in place that prohibits age discrimination (specifically, in job want ads). The first one did nothing to curb it, so what exactly is this one supposed to do?

Exactly. You could fill a warehouse with laws Korea passes and then never enforces.

If it is enforced, you know, like drunk driving laws, public indecency, littering in subways, smoking in non-smoking areas, it might mean that some of the administrators will have to work to keep the job instead of bossing around the younger people to do things they way they were told to do them by retarded older people "back in the day"

efficiency makes me happy
