Hanover, Germany

What's wrong with Hannover? It's got quite a few towns in Germany beat by a country mile.

I visited Hanover..not lived there.. but the city struck me as one big block of concrete.

May be I am wrong.

The worst place for me is London, UK. Really didn't like living there.

You should have seen Berlin. Worse. It's like the *grads of old in the CCCP.

I'm not sure that Mohyeon, Myeon actually counts as a city and I almost think it tolerable. Good friends and a special guy could make it okay, and I'm stuck there for another eight months, so I'm not going to put it on the worst list yet, but it's probably going to top it.

For right now, Cincinnati is tops on my hate list. It's pretty, but it's full of hateful Republican rednecks who think that they know it all.

I also had a perfectly terrible vacation in Vegas once. I can't imagine having to live there.

Iuka, Mississipi

They don't much cotton to furiners, yankees, and long haireds. The whole downtown was like that restaurant scene from easyrider movie.
The locals resembled Junior Samples from Hee-Haw and the police
really did wear semi-formal cowboy attire. (i.e. stetson hats, boots, and khakis) Kind of like Buford T. Justice from Smokey and the Bandit.

I was assigned there in the early '80s while working for an oil and gas company. Southern Fried Hell in my opinion.

The only way I was able to travel unmolested around the Delta state area was to buy a beat up '72 GMC pick up truck.

I lived in Incheon during my stay and can vouche for ignorant haters there. Excellent love motels and the service people are great.

Worst cities:

Bhopal, India - Couldn't go outside because of all the shooting during the state elections Crying or Very sad 34 people killed while I was there.

Shenzhen, China - If you like prostitutes, cheap food, ignorant people and absolutely nothing and nobody who speaks/knows anything but mandarin its good, otherwise...

Bangalore (in winter) - It's damned hot !!!! I couldn't survive the summer.

Edmonton. I lived there for 18 years and will never go back. Too cold and boring for me.

Incheon and St Louis. Could be worse, I suppose (even they have their nice areas).

What was wrong with Incheon?

I just found it to be one of the most boring parts of Korea filled with the rudest Koreans. Bupyeong's OK but otherwise the only good thing about it is the #1 subway line.

Incheon's ugly and industrial with no redeeming features. The waterfront is supposed to be it's main attraction and it sucks.

I can think of one redeeming feature. The Yellow Sea islands like Muido, Deokjeokdo, and even Baengnyeongdo (4-1/2 hours by ferry from the mainland) are all technically part of Incheon. They're rustic with nice beaches, and definitely worth a visit, especially in the summer.

Amen. An endless sea of strip malls, incredibly obese people shoveling food down their gullets, a vacuum of culture, art, or intellectual culture, and an endless parade of gold-diggers and gangstas. It's dry and cold in the winter, and over 100F six months a year. When it gets really hot, the city smells like chlorine from all the swimming pools.

Not sure if it's the rain or what, but there's something about Seattle that gives everyone an attitude problem.

I quite liked Seattle. Well, I technically lived in Kirkland and worked in Bellevue. It was a very nice commute. Drive along Lake Washington, zip into work. Took me about 15 minutes.

I used to hate Windsor, Ontario but 20 years later it doesn't suck so much. I used to like Toronto but I'm not so in love with it these days. Maybe its winter. Still, my friend in Buffalo thinks Toronto is paradise in comparison.

I loved Seoul.

Really, I can't say I've lived anywhere that I really hated.
