Anyone know if there is an office in Suwon or the vicinity? I check the English site and didn't see any listing besides an office in Seoul. Board search didn't show anything else either.

The closest one that I am familiar with is in Yongin/Singal... Have a look at this link (Bus 27, 27-2, 27-4)
