| I can speak for Canadians and tell you they do require one. You can usually get it done at the airport in about 20 minutes on any given day. As for other nationalities, I'm not sure. |

i'm an f2 holder ... reentry visas and your residency visa are separate ... so, yes, you'll need a reentry visa stamp if you plan on leaving and coming back.
dumbest concept ever. |
