Austen, it's going to take every ounce of strength I have to write this in a way that will not get me banned, let's see what I can come up with.
Firstly, I'm wondering ( not for the first time ) if you're a native speaker. Notice the second word in GWOW's quote, it's a small word, but one that has a lot of significance in the English language, can you see it? The word in question is "if", and dennotes a hyperthetical situation. Shall I gloss hyperthetical for you? It means not real, it means purely conceptual, you're considering a possibility. GWOW said "if" the girl was just out of puberty, then there could be a major problem. He is correct, and one should reasonably assume from this that he does not promote, and in fact is strongly against such a practice.
You also purposely omitted the part of his quote where he mentioned the phrase "consenting adults", why did you do that? Seriously, I demand an answer. GWOW made it perfectly clear that is against under-age sex, but that if the student was an adult, he does not see a problem ( I actually don't agree, and have posted in that thread, but that is not the issue here ).
So, after GWOW's post that made his position perfectly clear, you not only presume he supports under-age sex, but you presume he has actually engaged in it.

There is no little girl in GWOW's post Austen, where did she come from? You totally conjured a little girl up out of thin air. There is no little girl Austen, and your post suggests you were bordering on an hallucinatory state when you wrote it.
Why do you continually distort and misrepresent what others post, coming up with acusations that bare no relation to anything in the actual posts they write? Normally when you do your thing it's just annoying, but now you're acusing a poster of a very serious criminal offence, with no evidence !

Why do you always look for incredibly negative ways to interpret things when there is no evidence in the actual post to support your claims?

For what it's worth. I feel for you GWOW. I would come back and get a new job in Seoul. If you're really dealing with gangsters, then you might want to let the money go. If you're adamant about it, then contact the Labor board and show them your contract, etc.

While my experience working last year at an REI in Gwang Ju was not quite as bad as yours, after 10 months i was axed, thereby losing around 3 MILLION WON in severance and back wages.

Nice response to Austins usual shady tactics.
He will unfortunately not respond directly but will conjure up some BS and a smoke machine to confuse the issue further.
However, this time he is busted to rights.
This is not the first time he "lifts" sentences off of other posts, takes them out of context and uses them to rant and rave.
He had a "debate" with me a while back concerning not criticizing others in any way because thats not how life should be....he preaches...and sadly he is not even good or entertaining at it. |

That's a lot of the reason I came back. I'm down close to 4 million won and am here partly to redress this situation and partly because I know I'll hate this place if I leave things like they are now. |
