If it's Korean beef, throw shit on it. It's dangerous. You are in real danger of catching Mad Cow's Disease. Burn it now. Break out the candles.
Proof? I need proof??? Well...the news reporter told me it's true, and a friend of friend of a friend of a friend's father's uncle's halfwit inbred hick cousin said someone in USA died of mad cow's. I am worried that if I eat a burger made of Korean beef, I could be studying one day and then just suddenly die. |

Here's what sucks about those beef 'gift sets'...
They were frozen once.
Now, I understand that unless you know somebody, your meat anywhere in the world will have been frozen at least once. But here, the only beef you can get fresh is your 한우. Since your meat has already been frozen, it would suck raw, which with a lil cup full of pulped ginger and soy tastes incredible. Since you can't eat it raw, freeze the bones, and the rest of it for all the good it will do, and hit up foodtv.com or allrecipes.com.
As for the bones, you gotta roast them first, before you boil them for soup. |
