I wanna buy a Mac comp in Canada cause its tons cheaper (even with the exchange rate and shipping) but I was wondering if I would have to pay duty on it when it enters Korea, or maybe some other hidden tax/payment? |

ANYTHING at all you ship over here new will be charged import tax of some astronomical amount if the value is over 150,000 won.
there are numerous threads on this, go back a bit, they appear on a regular basis. |

Duty on a desktop will be 20% (on the cost of shipping as well).
Duty on a laptop is 10%.
I bought my iMac here for 2.7 (with educational discount) fully tricked out, free delivery. Are you sure with exchange and shipping and 20% duty you can beat that? |
