Seoul has no soul...i'm surprised that could be anyones favorite city.
Unless you're an untravelled inexperienced local. Each to their own I guess

I like the people in Chicago. The exorbitant taxes, not so much.

The taxes are not pleasant, nor is the blatant and gleeful corruption. So it goes...

Tokyo. Add NYC, London and/or Paris to that. I like alpha-grade world cities (real urban).

Nobody seems to like Seoul. I'm interested in seeing what it brings.

Singapore- My number 1 choice. Absolutely amazing food. The Hawker Centres are outstanding and affordable. The Singaporeans, like myself, are obsessed with food. It also is ultra-clean and efficient.

Boston- It has interesting history, good restaurants, good public transportation and is very convenient for walking (except when it snows). Then again, the streets are horrible

Providence, RI- A personal favorite, I think I'm one of the few. It's nice and small, but still has an urban feel, esp downtown. A good place to live, I was here a few years. It's surprisingly diverse with significant representations of Puerto Rican, Dominican, Cambodian, Liberian, Portuguese, Lao, and a few smaller groups.

George Town, Malaysia- Another good food city with lots of charm.

Can Tho, Vietnam- Urban, but with a laid back feel, good food, good markets. The people tend to be very warm, outgoing, and hospitable.

Saigon- Exciting, big, loud, hectic. The street food is absolutely awesome.

Hanoi- Lots of culture, good vibe (always great to hang out at Lake Hoan Kiem), good food, interesting history and interesting architecture.

Cozumel, folks~!
Small island off the Yucatan Peninsula. Poor man's Cancun, Hawaii, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta all in one.
Awesome snorkeling/diving, rent a scooter and cruise around the island perimeter, day trip to the mainland and climb Mayan pyramids...
It's got it all, but it's very small and the police, while nice, do like to detain tourists and collect (nominal) fines for stuff. Mine was attempting to ride my scooter back to the hotel after a couple hours at Carlos O'Brien's. Oops.

Haha gotta luv B. Murray. I heard Sofia Coppola cast him in LiT based on his performance in Rushmore. Not sure if that's true or not tho.

Portland is nice in that it has a ton of green within the city limits to explore. The incessant hipsterism gets tiresome tho.

Montreal is just the worst. A city of zero luck. And beautiful? It is falling
apart. Every month there is a water main break that floods different parts of the city. And talk about CRAZY. Did you now Montreal has the highest rate of mental illness of any North American city?!? the culture and fashion are completely tacky. Tantamount to Eurotrash. The winters are Donner Party esque. It is a pretty shitty city.
