|
|
Hey,
I want to teach TEFL back in Ireland when I go home next year and I need to obtain a ACELS recognised certificate in order to do that.
I would preferably like to do it either this May or May next year right before I go back. Could anybody give me info on the best way/place/price to obtain one? I would also consider going elsewhere in Asia to get one.
Thanks in advance for any info!

A friend that I know, whom teaches in Ireland, done the CELTA. I would recommend doing the CELTA if you wish to teach in Europe. There would be more opportunities after doing the CELTA such as examining, training, etc. |

you can do like the 4 or 6 week one in ireland, they won't let you each with the online one. one of my mates had the online one and a few years experience but it didn't matter, you need the proper one, maybe have a look at tefl house or one of those ones to see when they are on |

CELTA is easy enough to do.
It's not as bad as people make out.
Also remember that it's a business, not a charity. They want your money so as long as you can speak, write and think a bit they will take you on.
The interview is just part of the show. |
