Help me out here... or at least point me in the right direction.

I want to remove the optical drive from my Dell notebook and put it in an external enclosure so that I can share it with the new netbook I got.

Then I want to install a 2nd HDD in the optical bay.

I Googled a bit but couldn't find any solid leads.
