got a friend coming to Korea teaching in Wonju. I havent traveled out of Seoul yet

trains don't run from seoul station to wonju. you need to catch the train at cheongnyangni station. it should cost 7,900 won and take roughly 1 hour, 45 minutes to 2 hours. this website will help you figure out ideal times, etc. http://www.korail.com/servlets/en.rv.pr21100.sw_pr21111_i1Svt
