This isn't going to help but I hope it will give you hope. Two years ago a teacher at my school was frequently going somewhere two hours away from Seoul to take lessons. She said it was always crowded and a kick-ass time. So if you can get a Korean to search the Korean net I'm sure you'll find a club.

My students told me recently that there's some para-gliding in Korea and I didn't really believe them.

So there's paragliding near Daegu and Seoul. Anywhere else?

And what have you heard about it?

Back home I almost did it a few years ago. In Korea I've thought that riding a scooter without a helmet was risky enough a proposition.

curious, what does "I have my glider with me " mean?

coreect me if I'm wrong, but, doesn't paragliding mean strapping an open parachute to your back and jumping off a mountain?
