I don't want to watch it on torrent if it's available in the cinemas because it's supposed to be a very good movie.

it is good but if you see it on a big LCD or plasma you don't miss anything. It's not a cinemagraphic epic or anything, and the dvd rips around are great quality.

Good to know. I want to go to the cinema because I like the experience and haven't been in over 6 months. The English movies here seem to suck at the moment, I might see Valkyrie though even though it seems like one to watch on DVD. 'The Wrestler' seems like a blockbuster that might make it to cinemas here.

Get on it. It's excellent. Both very funny and touching in places. There are some excellent quality torrents available and as the movie is pretty low budget and shot using a handy-cam, you don't really need a big screen to enjoy it.

Mickey Rourke is perfectly cast in it. I can't believe the producers wanted Nicholas Cage. If it comes to theatres here, just go to see it again so you don't feel like you're ripping them off.

I hated that movie.

I tried to watch it like 3 or 4 times and finally just deleted it from my computer.

I found I couldn't stand looking at Mickey Rourke. He irritated me.

This movie is amazing. Don't watch it on a TV or a computer (?)- wait for the theatre if possible; it's magnificent!

I really liked it, but I don't see it playing in the cinemas here.

According to Naver, it's scheduled for a March 5 release.

Wow, I'm surprised. I guess with all the publicity it's being played more.
Nice work.

The film was good in that it was very authentic in its portrayal of the indie pro wrestling scene (which I know something about from what I've read and heard).

Mickey Rourke's performance was outstanding and deserving of an Oscar - but there's little chance that the members of the Academy will bestow that honor upon him after he recklessly disclosed the tentative WWE story-line that would be taking on Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania this year.

Pro wrestling in general - and Vince McMahon in particular - are generally considered too exploitative to be seen as respectable by cultural elites.

The main reason that Marisa Tomei was nominated for best supporting actress - as far as I see - is because of how good her practically nude body looked (despite her age...)

Great isn't it. She's (briefly) naked on and all fours in this.

Try to see it as soon as it comes out... independent films like this usually don't last a weekend...
