I'm almost positive my power supply has gone out. I haven't been able to turn my computer on for two days. See this thread for more info:
http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?p=1916507

Can you recommend a power supply from Danawa?

I don't need anything really expensive. The PC is 4 years old, running an AMD 64, 1gb ram, Asus motherboard.

Second for Zalman.

You can also get the Enermax Tomahawk ETK405AST for around 56,000 in Yongsan.

Could you explain the difference between something like the 360 at 63,000won and another unit on Danawa being offered at 20-30,000. Thanks

^ Just better components. Higher quality transistors and capacitors. Quieter fan. Stricter quality control.

If the PSU is built well it will be quieter, more stable and last longer. Less chance that it will send out surges to your mobo, GPU and CPU and fry them.

In Korea, I'd say decent PSU's start at around 60,000. But that's very hard to prove. There are dozens of PSU manufacturers and they all vary.

What I do know is that the Zalman 600w (105,000) in my PC has been running quiet and stable 24/7 for 18 months now.

I got my Zalman 600w at Yongson also for 100,000. Now I see they are going for 122,000 on Danawa.
