Hey all, in a few weeks my wife and I are flying into ICN, spending the night, and the next day we need to get to Pohang. I've been planning on flying there out of Gimpo ($50 per ticket on Asiana), but with all our (overweight) luggage and whatnot, I was wondering if maybe a bus and/or train option might be a better idea. I doubt it, but I wanted to check to make sure. Thanks!

The airport limousine bus takes long but it would get you and your massive luggage there cheaply. Relatively comfortable as well.

The bus from ICN to Pohang is $26 each, and it'll take 5-5.5 hrs. Well worth it, really, to not have to deal with going to the airport, paying excess baggage fees, etc. Thanks!

I took the train to Pohang when I first came here. It was a nice intro. to Korea. I think you still have to take the slow train but there was a dining car on that one. I had a lot of bags too, so it was convenient for that.
