I've been looking into that as well.
Probably the most practical way is to go through the following agency. It's something like 30,000 per year (last I checked) to insure your stuff up to 10 million won:

I had a podcast up with this lady, but some of the time-sensitive information in the podcast changed, so I took it down.
There are other companies, too, but this one speaks English that I know of. They are AIG (the US company that has been getting bail-out money) but by Korean law, they must co-sign with a Korean company to operate here -- in short, you'll be covered even if AIG goes under. |
