Not surprisingly, a lot of us are depressed. Blame it on the weather or the work......or the crazy WON...

Share the secrets that would make us feel happier.

1, Chocolate (I heard the sell of chocolate has been boosted to combat the economy crisis recently)

2, Cheese (same as chocolate, which is rich in serotonin, the happy hormone)

3, Corn products ( Lacking of Vit B may cause some neurogenic symptoms)

4, Sunshine

5, Raising your head (I watched this by chance the other day on TV, they said this is the easiest way to cheer one up, because of the nerves stimulation initiated by the action)

I did feel happy this afternoon, which happened after I took two pain killer this morning ( to kill my cramps) and some chocolate.

Chicken soup.

Get yourself a rotisserie chicken from Homeplus
    Separate meat from carcass
Add chicken bones and skin to pan with some water
Add an onion and couple of chicken stock cubes
Simmer slowly for an hour or so
Sieve off the stock base and discard chicken bones etc
Add chicken, stock, and whatever veg you fancy to pan
    Add some extra water
    Add some thyme and Season
Boil for 30 minutes or so
    Serve

Alternatively, throw in some rice or noodles toward the end.

Cheap. Tasty. Sparkling.

The arrival of Spring and the coming Summer.

Have some 3 day weekends. I'm not even talking 4 day weekends like common at home for teachers, officer workers, higher ups, and government people.

I dunno, orgasms sound like a better bet than 2, 3 or 5 to me and last time I checked, I was a chick. For that matter, they sound better than chocolate, sunshine and fluffy baby animals too.

Yes, I have my reasons. I like to forget about life once in a while. I really would like to try brewing my own. It seems one just never has enough time in the day.

I'd eat more chocolate but I am at risk for diabetes.

Bananas have a natural antidepressant but are also high in sugar.
