Okay, just a heads-up.

I live in Seoul and there is a good chance I will be selling my notebook.

I picked up the wrong model number, and if I cannot exchange it or get a refund I will gladly sell it WAY below price.

It is a Samsung model R-460-AS04 notebook

The basic specs are as follows:

Intel Core2 Duo Processor P8600 (2.40 GHz, 1066 MHz, 3 MB)
nVIDIA GeForce Go 9200M GS 256 MB GDDR3
200 GB (5400 rpm S-ATA)
1GB System memory.

I took it out of the box but it has NOT been used or turned on. I put it back in and it is currently collecting dust.

The only negative side is that it's operating system is Windows Vista in Korean, but if you have your own copy of windows ready to install, that should be no problem.

I got it for 1.8 million Won and want to sell it for 1 million won, but I am open to a good offer

Any interested parties should PM me or post in this thread.

I would love to, but I have no way of doing so.

Here are pictures at the main website:

http://www.samsung.com/hk_en/consumer/detail/spec.do?group=computersperipherals&type=notebook&subtype=rseries&model_cd=NP-R460-AS03HK

As I said. I have not used it, though the box is torn open. I know I cannot verify it, but I cannot take or digitally upload pics right now

You are free to come have a look at it if you like, though.

Anyone who purchases this should be able to do a full re-installation of Vista and choose English as its main language (if memory serves).

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

You'll need all disks that came with it, though. I did that with my friend's HP, anyway.

If by "hot" you mean "still have the receipt" then yes, it is "hot"

I got the wrong model. I was after an R-560 and got an R-460. Cannot get a refund, so I want to sell it and still get the Samsung R-560.

A gig of ram isn't nearly enough for this PC. the Rest of the Specs are ok, but just a gig of ram?
I bought a laptop before I came here with 2 gigs of ram a 250gig hd, and pretty much the same specs as what you posted for 397 dollars. At Walmart.
We need Wal-Mart's here.

Well, it is upgradable of course. The memory it has was standard issue.

Sorry Golem but if a person is that pissed off over his stuff then he should better piss on it and get over it, or rather not piss but sell it for whatever reasonable price people offer.

You cant simply sell a thing at 1 million won and not less while you are extremely pissed off to get rid of it as well.

Well, not quite as pissed off now, but since I got the thing for 1.9 million, the price itself is very good, wouldn't you agree?

I think price would be reasonable IF it was 17" notebook, but it is 14.1" which comes in a less preferred range. Thats my personal opinion though.
