So I woke up, on Wednesday and after a couple hours teaching I start to get this headache. Take some advil...it goes away...but by the time I get home it comes back. I have pain in my sinuses. forehead, cheek, all on the right side. It feels like there is pressure on the whole side of my face. Even the teeth on the right side of my face feel the pressure. I have had a cold for a little while - really congested blah blah blah...Any way anyone know what's up with this or how to go about relieving these symptoms?

Haven't posted here in a while, have since moved on to Japan but, the folks over here seem to know a little about everything. Any relation to yellow dust in Korea? Or have you guys not gotten any yet this year. I am thinking I may actually have to buy a face mask because it could be a problem with the air/environment.

Thanks

I'm just getting over sinusitis. Now the dust comes. I have asthma as well and I just moved to Singeumho, which is very mountainous.

It's been tough lately. What you have sounds like it could be sinusitis, but since it's dust season, it could be that as well.

Check out some of the symptoms here:

Looks like you may have the dust. Either way I'd go to a doctor.

I guess I should say that the symptoms come and go with regularity. I feel ok in the morning and then after a couple hours the headache starts. After taking a little medication it gets better until around right now... Another mild headache that I know will get worse as the night goes by...It is hell.

rinse your nose / sinuses with saline solution.....you can either get any nasal pump and fill it with saline solution.....or buy a 1 liter bottle from the pharmacy and squirt it up there. Ever since I have started doing this no more sinus problems.....I can smell better.....and my asthma is better

I will try that...the headache is going from stage two to three right now and I am hoping my Japanese pain meds will do something. I've been here for just over 5 months now and I've gone through three bottles of assorted tablets, from Ibuprofen to Advil...In Korea I did the same thing but it was due to drinking....I am gonna go mad if this continues, just got a text from my gf and there is no way I can see her like this...DAMN!
