I shampoo my hair every day with expensive cleaning material. I only spend half the time/money on my face. Surely my face deserves more attention as it is white (not a racist comment, just meaning that dirt shows up more obviously than with my black hair) and always faces in the direction that I am walking (also used for meeting people).

Should I shampoo less or take care of my face more?

When I was a younger man, I used to squeeze the blackheads out of my nose by compressing the corners of my nostrils, but now I can see skin damage/wrinkles appearing.

I wish I had been more careful.
