I heard Nutria has invaded Korea. They are in the States also.

I haven't. I think the authorities would take issue with the idea of a crazy waygook like me running around Ilsan Lake Park poppin caps on the asses of some water rats. Very Happy

From talking to Koreans I believe that they're not big on hunting anything (lack of guns). They don't seem to eat much game other than sparrows and have been told that even in rural areas trapping is how game is caught.

Many Koreans have also shown considerable interest in the fact that I enjoy deer and moose meat.

Ask them about it. Eating different weird shit is a popular topic of conversation here.

Call me Krazy, but, the idea of coming to Korea with a new semiauto MP5 replica 22
caliber and capping some Nutria sounds good to me.

You'll be a local hero.
Clearing out some nuisance introduced animals.
Not many Koreans even have firearms, and are probably at a loss about what to do about the nutriums.
Bring extra ammo because it's hard to find here.

ADDENDUM: Oh, yeah. Pack the gun in your checked baggage. Security's getting uptight about contraband in carryons.
