I have a university student with all the signs of adult ADD AND a learning disorder. His English is really excellent, but he has HUGE problems with the TOEIC test, as he has a hard time finishing (or even comprehending most of) the reading section. His highest TOEIC score is 450, yet his speaking level would put him well into the 600-700 range. Does anyone know of ANY Korean Unis, hagwans, test centers....ANYTHING ANYWHERE that would allow him to take the reading part of the test at his own speed? (Sigh...yeah...I know...this is Korea....no learning disabilities HERE!) |

They are in denial here. I have at least a half dozen kids who need Ritalin (sp?) and an autistic kid, but his mother is in denial. He needs to ride the short bus. |
